🔄 Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Please note:
We do not offer change-of-mind returns on:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items purchased with a promotional discount of 30% or more
- Items that have been used or are not in resellable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless the item is faulty.
⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you're entitled to:
- A repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue
- Shipping costs covered by us if the product is faulty
We may ask for photos or return of the product to assess the fault.
📦 How to Return an Item
To start a return, email us at admin@choicelivingnz.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (especially if the item is faulty or damaged).
If your return is approved, please:
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (or similar secure packaging if original is unavailable), including any accessories or inserts that came with it.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name and order number inside the parcel.
- Send the item to the return address we provide using a tracked shipping method.
- Email us the tracking number once your return has been sent.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5 business days.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
We’ll notify you by email once your return has been processed.
Depending on your bank or provider, funds may take a few business days to appear.
