Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping across New Zealand. Delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free for all orders. If your delivery address is in a rural or remote area, additional shipping charges may apply. These will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact us at admin@choicelivingnz.com.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we take every care to ensure your order arrives on time, delays can sometimes occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please get in touch so we can assist.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
